About RCA Foundation
RCA Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in May 2020 to provide outpatient treatment services for individuals and families in Montgomery and surrounding areas, especially those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In partnership with the Alabama Department of Mental Health, RCA Foundation is a certified provider of substance use treatment services. We offer care in a variety of settings, including in-office, via telehealth, in schools, at home, and throughout the community. Services are available to adults, adolescents, and their families.
We believe that access to treatment should never be limited by financial barriers. That’s why we offer a sliding fee scale for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and meet eligibility criteria. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
At RCA Foundation, we are committed to being a bridge to recovery—creating multiple paths forward for every individual seeking support, healing, and hope.
We offer priority access to admission for treatment for the following individuals seeking services:
- Pregnant IV Users
- Pregnant Substance Users
- Other IV Users
- Women w/Dependent Children
- HIV Positive users
- All other Substance Users
RCA Foundation does not discriminate in the provision of services to an individual
- Because the individual is unable to pay
- Because payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
- Based upon the individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- RCA Foundation serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, ask at the front desk or visit our website. Thank you.
